Jacob S. Wang, Esq,
COURT ADMISSIONS
Mr. Wang, with more than 15 years of international practice experience, is both a litigator and transactional attorney, educated, and admitted to the bar in the United States and Taiwan.
​
In the transactional arena, Mr. Wang is one of the very few industry-oriented lawyers. Mr. Wang is savvy in information technology sectors and manufacturing collaboration between the U.S. and Taiwanese companies. He advises clients on intellectual property and complex business transactions and provides general counsel on a variety of legal issues that impact the bottom line. He also represents clients in more than 1,000 contract negotiations.

In the litigation arena, Mr. Wang is one of the very few out-of-town defense attorneys adept at patent infringement litigations, multi-District Litigation complex antitrust class action defense, and corporate disputes. He tries cases in several U.S. federal courts and Taiwanese courts.

Mr. Wang's exceptional language capacities in writing, reading, speaking, and listening, both Chinese and English, allow him to participate in cross-border business activities and litigations to protect clients' interests.
